Amazing experience! I had a lot of pain in the neck and trapezius, my neck was a little stuck. Erica let me feel super confortable, she identified really well the spots where I was feeling the most pain and I also let her know some times. The pressure and movements she made me gave me so much reliese and after the 90min Thai Yoga session when I got up was when I really realized that for the first time in a week I was feeling relaxed and with a pain release. I will definitely book more sessions and I highly recommend! :) She gave me also advices about what to avoid when doing sports and for the sleeping and working posture. Thank you Erica!

Thank you! Me and my husband have visited the Traditional Thai massage, 1,5 hour. Erica is a very good specialist. I think she understands the human’s body well. Her massage technic is not only for muscles but for the whole organism including the nerve system and the energetic body. So we felt very harmoniously after it. Also it’s nice and easy to chose your massage and to book your time online on the website. We’d liked the space either, it’s comfy and not far from the city centre. So if you are in Lisbon I highly recommend to visit Erica.
